I'm glad I gave it a chance!

I was thrilled to receive my package of My Soigne products -- the cleanser, this cream and the flaxseed gel. Then I was not so thrilled when they didn't seem to do much for my thick, very fine and very dry chin-length 3A-3C hair. (The top layer is porous, especially on my crown; the under layer and the sides are pretty healthy.)

Anyway ... I'm a slow learner, heh, so I didn't think of using the cream as a leave-in until I was almost out of the stuff! I raked it into my wet hair, and I could feel my curls soaking it up. Then I gently blotted it with paper towels, applied the flaxseed gel and re-formed my curls by wrapping each one around my finger. Victory! I diffused it for about 10 minutes. After that, I realized I was late to a Sunday matinee of a play I had reservations for, so I rushed out the door, mask in hand.

The good thing about getting there late and then being in the dark for 2 hours is that:

1) Nobody saw how wet my hair was when I showed up (by the time the play was over, my hair was 75-80% dry)..

2) I didn't touch my hair because it would have made me too self conscious. So my hair looked gorgeous by the time the actors were taking their final bows!

Now I'm on my fourth day, and my curls still look pretty good, albeit with a little frizz, which is inevitable because of how ghastly hot and humid it's been this week. I'm so glad I gave this a chance -- now I have to buy more!

Love at first touch!!

If you are on the fence like I was to try my Soigne, don’t be! This stuff is everything it claims to be. As soon as I scooped a bit out and started to squish it into my hair, I know this was going to be an amazing washday. It have such slip and softness. I paired it with the protein treatment (which is also amazing). I wish they would have them paired as a discounted duo too. I plan on trying the gel too but still had some of another left I need to use. But I’m sure it will be great to!!

Lovely!

This hair cream is just what I've been looking for. It's moisturizing but doesn't contain any coconut oil, which my hair hates. Love the low ingredient list and the light scent! Huge fan of all things My Soigne, so this one just hits it out of the park for me :)
